Salary (if taking employed option) £30-40 k pa £80 k OTE (including bonuses)

The successful Financial Advisor will enjoy a strong pipeline of quality leads generated from both web and lead generation companies. You’ll have access to back office systems, a paraplanning team, administration team and case handling team, the support you will receive includes appointment booking of leads into your diary, product research prepared for your advice calls, post sale document production, and business submission this is to assist you in making the most of the earning potential, allowing you to fully focus on serving your clients.
To be successful it’s essential that you are a driven adviser, this is not your conventional type of financial adviser role we aim to provide you with a minimum of 15 advice calls a week and in return need to know that the successful candidate has the ability and competency to handle this volume of appointments, we are looking for advisors with excellent interpersonal skills, in depth knowledge of the pensions industry and the ability to give fully regulated and compliant advice over the telephone.
other requirements, a Level 4 Diploma(Dip4) qualification and a statement of professional standing, as well as experience in the financial services industry. Pension experience and qualifications are desirable.
